1 Introduction

These Terms govern your registration, access, and use of the krikya platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support interactions. 2 Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Krikya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Krikya does not currently accept international card payments or bank wire transfers.

Deposits are credited to your krikya account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact krikya support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Krikya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, krikya will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the breach is confirmed, any balance in the account may be forfeited. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting krikya support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.
